ICFP Rules and PolicyAdmission: Upon submission of your application, the college assumes that you are resolved to commit the time and energy required to complete the program. The goal of the Admissions Board is to select candidates who demonstrate intellectual capacity and possess best of personal characteristics that are required for a wonderful career in Financial Services Sector.

Intelligent, ethical, articulate and active individuals are preferred over others to pursue the course. To judge the candidate on the above said parameters and to assess his/her communication skills and convincing abilities, the college will conduct an entrance test for admission in the classroom program only. The candidates are required to register themselves for the entrance test by paying Rs. 1000. The registration form is available in the prospectus.

When the application form is complete in all respect and the admissions board is satisfied of the candidate’s eligibility and suitability for the course, the admissions board grants admission to such applicants.

Entrance Test: The notification regarding the exam schedule and important dates will be published in national dailies well in advance. The entrance test will consist of Essay Writing, Group Discussion and Interview for full time students. The candidates are assessed on the basis of his/her performance in the written test, group discussion and the interview. Successful candidates are then invited to enroll themselves for the course by submitting the completed enrollment form available in the prospectus the required certificates and the fee amount.

Provisional Enrollments: If the application received from a candidate is not complete in all respects, he/she might be given provisional enrollment provided he/she completes the basic eligibility criteria. Such students will have to submit the required certificate/mark sheet to the college as soon as these are available to them, upon receipt of which their enrollments will be confirmed.

Refund Policy: “Once the fee has been paid towards seeking admission to the course/program, the same shall not be refunded under any circumstances. You appreciate and agree that the college incurs cost/expenses towards administration, processing fees and opportunity cost. In the event, a student wishes to de-enroll from the course/ program; the same shall be intimated to the college, within the time schedule provided hereunder.

In the event of a student exercising his/her option to de-enroll from the course program, which is done within 7 days from the date of enrollment, you agree and authorize the college to deduct an amount of Rs.10, 000/- from the fees paid.

In the event of a student exercising his/her option to de-enroll from the course program, which is done within 8-15 days from the date of enrollment, you agree and authorize the college to deduct an amount of Rs.20, 000/- from the fees paid.

You agree that post 15 days from the date of enrollment, the college shall be under no obligation to refund the fee paid towards the course/program.” In any case no refund will be given to student after commencement of class. At max you have to intimate 2 days before the start of the program so that your seat can be allocated to a waitlisted candidate.

All students who enroll for any of the programs will have to strictly abide by the laid down rules, regulations and policies of the college pertaining to administering the course and the examinations. Failure to adhere to the college policies, rules and regulations may lead to disciplinary action, financial penalty and/or suspension or rustication from the college.

Award of Diploma: It is mandatory for the student to clear all the internal as well as external exams to be eligible to be awarded the Diploma.

Right to Amend Rules: The college reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations wherever considered necessary and appropriate from time to time. Students will be informed of such amendments as and when found necessary by the college authorities. Hence, this publication and the descriptions contained herein are not to be construed as a contract binding the college to any specific policy.

Jurisdiction: All disputes relating to the college programs, activities and policies are subject to New Delhi, India jurisdiction only.
