Once the fee has been paid towards seeking admission to the course/program, the same shall not be refunded under any circumstances. You appreciate and agree that the college incurs cost/expenses towards administration, processing fees and opportunity cost. In the event, a student wishes to de-enroll from the course/ program, the same shall be intimated to the college, within the time schedule provided hereunder.
In the event of a student exercising his/her option to de-enroll from the course program, which is done within 7 days from the date of enrollment, you agree and authorize the college to deduct an amount of Rs.10,000/- from the fees paid.
In the event of a student exercising his/her option to de-enroll from the course program, which is done within 8-15 days from the date of enrollment, you agree and authorize the college to deduct an amount of Rs.20,000/- from the fees paid.
You agree that post 15 days from the date of enrollment, the college shall be under no obligation to refund the fee paid towards the course/program.” In any case no refund will be given to student after commencement of class. At max you have to intimate 2 days before the start of the program so that your seat can be allocated to a waitlisted candidate.
All students who enroll for any of the programs will have to strictly abide by the laid down rules, regulations and policies of the college pertaining to administering the course and the examinations. Failure to adhere to the college policies, rules and regulations may lead to disciplinary action, financial penalty and/or suspension or rustication from the college
