Ms. Madhu Sinha, CFP®, CIWM
With over four decades of distinguished experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Madhu Sinha is a respected educator, mentor, and thought leader who has played a significant role in shaping the financial planning profession in India.
A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified International Wealth Manager (AIWM, Switzerland), she also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) and a B.Com (Hons.) degree from University of Delhi.
Ms. Sinha's professional journey spans more than 40 years, during which she has held key positions with leading institutions including State Bank of India and UTI Mutual Fund. Since 2004, she has been associated with the International College of Financial Planning, contributing immensely to the development of future financial planning professionals.
Her leadership and expertise have been recognized at the highest levels of the profession. She has served as a Director on the Board of the Financial Planning Standards Board, helping advance professional standards and ethical practices in financial planning.
In recognition of her outstanding contribution to financial education, she was honored with the Educator of the Year Award (2023–24) by Financial Planning Standards Board India. She has also received special recognition for her enduring contribution toward strengthening the CFP® professional community, advancing the profession, and fostering trust in financial planning.
