Mr. Bijoy Dey is a seasoned BFSI leader with over two decades of industry experience, having held senior leadership roles across Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Life, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, and Birla Sun Life. His extensive experience across the financial services sector has given him a strong understanding of business, people, capability development, and the evolving needs of the BFSI industry.

With deep expertise in BFSI capability building, leadership development, sales effectiveness, and business transformation, Bijoy has led large-scale learning and development initiatives impacting 8,000+ professionals and 1,200+ managers. His experience combines industry leadership with a strong focus on developing people and building high-performing teams.

Throughout his professional journey, he has been closely associated with bancassurance partnerships, go-to-market strategies, sales leadership, and capability development. He has worked with multiple leading organizations and contributed to initiatives aimed at strengthening sales effectiveness and business performance across the financial services ecosystem.
